About Us

We have been leading suppliers to the relatively small market for cold conditions footwear in New Zealand for over 30years and completely understand the requirements of that market. We supply boots that are used in areas from the Arctic to the Antarctic, in wet conditions and dry conditions, in underfoot temperatures from minus 10 degrees C to minus 75 degrees C, on concrete floors and in deep snow.

We have models that kids wear to school and models that mountaineers use in the Himalayas to keep their feet warm and consequently comfortable.

The majority of our products are based on the proven design originated years ago in Canada, for a rubber outer boot (for total waterproofing - underfoot) to which a water proof leather lace up upper is sewn (for flexibility and movement) The foot warmth factor is supplied by an inner " boot within the boot" made of technically superior, fabric which is generally removable and replaceable.  There are now several variations on the original concept.

Today we represent products made by "KAMIK" The leading Canadian company of this type of footwear and suppliers to North America and the world since 1905. We also previously represented Kaufman Footwear of Canada, makers of the icon "SOREL BOOTS",  until their closure in 2000.

Additionally we maintain a modern production facility in New Plymouth New Zealand to produce specialist products for the Australasian markets.  and provide rapid response to the requirements on those markets.  At all times we are able to supply fast complete repair and warranty service for all our products.
